7. Cookies

On its website, Ander Group uses so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are saved on the user's hard drive and store the settings and data exchanged with the Ander Group's system in the user's browser. In this way, it is no longer necessary to provide certain data on the next visit, and the offer on the Internet becomes easier to use and more effective, so that the user can be identified on subsequent visits. Cookies do not contain any information that can directly identify individual users. In addition, the analysis tools used by Ander Group, "Google Analytics" and "HubSpot", also use cookies.

The website uses cookies of the following types:

temporary cookies (temporary use)
persistent cookies (time-limited use)
third party cookies (from third party providers).

Temporary cookies are automatically deleted when the user closes the browser. This mainly concerns session cookies, which store a so-called session ID, to which several requests of the user's browser made in the same session can be associated. The user's computer is recognized when the user visits the website again. Ander Group uses this type of cookie to ensure the operation and functionality of its website. Session cookies are deleted when the user logs out or closes the browser.

Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a different predefined period depending on the type of cookie. Ander Group uses this type of cookie to improve the usability of the page by storing user-specific settings.

Third-party cookies are cookies set and created by third parties. Ander Group uses this type of cookie for advertising purposes.

If you do not consent to the use of cookies, you can completely disable their use in your browser settings. You can also delete cookies manually or automatically.

Google complies with the data protection rules of the "EU-U.S. Privacy Shield" agreement and is registered in the "EU-U.S. Privacy Shield" program of the U.S. Department of Commerce (for more details on the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and individual registrations, visit www.privacyshield.gov).

In the event of activation of IP anonymization on the Ander Group website, the IP address of the Google user will be shortened within Switzerland or the Member States of the European Union or the other states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (depending on the counterfactual situation). Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA in its full form and shortened there. Google uses this information on behalf of the Ander Group in order to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services connected with website and Internet use to the Ander Group as operator of the website.

The IP address transmitted from the user's browser by Google Analytics is not associated with other Google data. The Ander Group informs you that, on this website, Google Analytics has been extended with the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to enable anonymized detection of IP addresses (so-called "IP masking"). The IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form and therefore the possibility of associating them with a person is excluded.

You can prevent the use of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser software. In some cases, certain functions of the website may no longer be fully available. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of these data by Google by installing the browser plug-in available at this address.
