The Camaleonti Association is a sports organization based in Ticino that promotes inclusion and equity through football, offering people with disabilities a space where they can feel part of a team and a community. Since 2024, Ander Group has supported Camaleonti through a pro bono project, helping design their visual communication tools and produce content that highlights their activities across the region, contributing to their positioning as a model for inclusive sport.

For the Camaleonti Association’s logo, Ander Group worked from the original concept created by Nicole Tosi-Bullo, focusing on formal refinement to make it more versatile, recognizable, and consistent across all digital and physical applications—without compromising its symbolic meaning tied to the chameleon’s eye.

The new logo was designed to ensure maximum readability and consistency across all usage contexts, from formal to informal. It was adapted for both digital and physical formats—including team uniforms, promotional materials, merchandise, social media channels, and official documents—guaranteeing strong brand recognition, visual impact, and ease of reproduction.
















How to organize and share visual identity with Frontify
To manage the visual identity and brand assets in a structured way, we implemented Frontify as the central platform. This tool allows the Camaleonti Association to access logos, color palettes, fonts, graphic materials, and brand guidelines in one place, reducing file fragmentation and outdated versions.
Beyond improving visual consistency across all channels, Frontify simplifies collaboration with suppliers, partners, and volunteers, who can independently access approved materials without going through the internal team every time.
The result is a more efficient, organized, and scalable brand management process—even for a non-structured organization like a grassroots sports association.

Il sito non è solo una vetrina, ma uno strumento centrale per raccontare la missione, le attività e i progetti dell’associazione, facilitando la raccolta fondi, le iscrizioni e il coinvolgimento della comunità.
Grazie alla flessibilità della piattaforma, il sito è facilmente aggiornabile e integrabile con strumenti di CRM, email marketing e gestione eventi, offrendo all’associazione una base solida su cui costruire la propria strategia digitale in modo scalabile e sostenibile.

To support the Camaleonti Association in strengthening its online presence, we developed a website on HubSpot, designed to serve as the core of an integrated digital ecosystem. The site is more than just a showcase—it’s a central tool for sharing the association’s mission, activities, and projects, while facilitating fundraising, registrations, and community engagement.
Thanks to the flexibility of the platform, the website is easy to update and can be seamlessly integrated with CRM tools, email marketing, and event management, providing the association with a solid foundation for building a scalable and sustainable digital strategy.



Database Optimization and HubSpot CRM
We also supported the association in cleaning and reorganizing its contact database, removing duplicate, incomplete, or inactive records.
This intervention resulted in a more solid and reliable dataset, making it easier to send targeted communications and run truly effective campaigns.
Thanks to HubSpot’s CRM, the Camaleonti Association can now manage all its contacts—donors, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters—in a centralized and intuitive way, tracking every interaction and segmenting its audience with ease.
For a nonprofit organization, this means working smarter with limited resources: less waste, greater clarity, and more impact.


Results Achieved
Before our intervention, the association faced a number of challenges common to many nonprofit organizations: a fragmented visual identity, uncoordinated communication, a disorganized contact database, and no centralized digital presence. These conditions made it difficult to attract new supporters, manage relationships with donors and volunteers, and present themselves professionally to stakeholders.
