Background
Livia holds a Bachelor's degree in Social and Communication Sciences from the University of Lucerne and a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from the Università della Svizzera Italiana, including an Erasmus semester at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. She gained experience in the media and communication industry working in the media planning department at SRF (Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen) in Zurich and as a Marketing Assistant at Ated. From 2015 to 2022, she collaborated with RSI (Radiotelevisione Svizzera) as a translator and transcriber. Since 2022, she has been part of Ander Group, supporting the performance team with a specific focus on the HubSpot CRM platform and the optimization and automation of business processes.
