Challenge
The Foundation’s previous website was essentially an online brochure with fragmented content and unclear navigation paths. This structure failed to reflect the organization’s dynamic and multifaceted nature, which engages simultaneously with private citizens, companies, and grant-making foundations, each with different information needs and levels of interaction.
The goal was to evolve from a static environment to a digital ecosystem capable of guiding each user to the most meaningful content while communicating the Foundation’s inclusive mission in a clear and consistent way.

Solution
To address the diversity of audiences and services, the project began with a series of workshops involving the heads of the Foundation’s operational areas. These sessions helped uncover internal needs and define a new, more intuitive navigation framework. The outcome was a people-centered content structure, with tailored paths for the three primary audience groups and a more direct, accessible tone of voice.
The digital ecosystem was then built on an integrated technological foundation: HubSpot was selected as the CMS and CRM platform to centrally manage content, contacts, and relationships, while Shopify powers the e-commerce experience that showcases the Foundation’s products, directly supporting its mission.
Results
The new website now serves as an accessible and high-performing digital environment where communication, services, and commerce operate smoothly together. Navigation is intuitive, content is organized around the needs of each audience, and every interaction strengthens the relationship with the Foundation thanks to CRM integration.
It is no longer a simple showcase, but a strategic tool for inclusion and engagement, bringing the Foundation’s authenticity and values to life online.
