Arkadia, founded in 2021 by Thomas Zara and Alessandro Piccolella, provides advisory services specializing in digital assets, with the aim of connecting traditional finance with digital finance. Arkadia recently launched its rebranding strategy, involving a new company story, an updated logo and a renewed brand identity. With the implementation of Frontify, Arkadia optimized its brand management, improving the effectiveness and consistency of its visual communication.

A new story
The name Arkadia was inspired by Captain Harlock's ship. From the start, the Arkadia mission was to connect traditional finance with digital finance.
The idea of connecting different worlds using advanced technologies made us think of wormholes, portals in space-time able to instantly bring together two points in space. This is a powerful metaphor to convey how Arkadia provides a link between two distinct financial worlds: traditional and digital.
From this emerged the concept of the stargate, a metaphor in which Arkadia is an innovative portal. Just like a stargate, Arkadia connects the traditional financial world with the digital one, opening up new opportunities and facilitating access to advanced digital technologies and assets.
This new narrative not only strengthens Arkadia's brand identity, but also redefines its mission and vision. The portal metaphor emphasizes the company's pioneering role in creating important, long-lasting connections between traditional and digital finance, reaffirming Arkadia as an innovative industry leader.
New logo and brand identity
We developed a logo that incorporates dynamism and modularity, inspired by the concept of a stargate. We began with a regular hexagonal shape; by following the internal lines, the three-dimensional shape of a cube can also be seen, recalling a block, the fundamental unit of the blockchain.
The logo’s three components, accentuated by their color, represent the modules within a futuristic portal that open and close a wormhole in space-time. The modules emphasize a distinctive feature of Arkadia's offering – its modularity.
The color was also updated from Bitcoin orange to a more vibrant tone, contrasting with the jet-black background, to give a look that is engaging and at the same time professional. These new elements radically transformed the company's former brand identity, propelling Arkadia towards a more innovative future in tune with its distinctive vision.
Beyond aesthetics: a functional approach
Everything we achieved is not limited simply to aesthetics but also incorporates a highly functional approach. This led to the creation of a new corporate image that is reflected in the company’s physical and digital media.
Each element was designed to ensure consistency and effectiveness and that Arkadia's new brand identity is fully cohesive in all its various forms, enhancing communications and the company's visual impact.


The new brand identity in detail
All components were carefully developed to maximize the effectiveness of communications so that Arkadia’s new visual identity reflects its mission and values in every aspect of its daily operations.
Its business cards, for example, incorporate the new logo and updated colors for a professional and engaging look. The totems and press kits were designed to be visually consistent and immediately recognizable, facilitating corporate communications at events and presentations.
We employed a modular design for material used internally, such as presentations and reports, allowing flexibility and personalization while also maintaining a cohesive and distinctive image.




















Optimizing brand management with Frontify
Frontify is a brand management platform that is indispensable for companies seeking a consistent, professional image across all communication channels.
Frontify proved to be a key tool for Arkadia in simplifying brand management and optimizing the link between internal and external resources. It operates like a digital brand manual, enabling rapid access to guidelines and company assets, such as the always up-to-date versions of fonts, templates and logos.
It fosters collaborations with third parties since it can easily be shared with them.
