Farmacia Tosi has been a benchmark in the Valle del Vedeggio for over 30 years.
In 2023, the pharmacy's founder Michele Tosi decided that the time was right to rebrand the company and refresh its overall image.
We thus redesigned its entire brand identity and updated its verbal identity by devising a new claim. We then implemented both across all physical and digital media, from window decals to the website. Additionally, adopting a tool like the HubSpot enabled Farmacia Tosi to manage its outbound marketing activities, further strengthening its market position.

The first step: a new logo
The first major step in designing the new brand identity was to reflect on and create a new logo. The end result was a harmonious combination of three key elements: the cross, the long-established symbol for pharmacies, the "F" for farmacia and the "T" for Tosi.
Starting from a square base, the logo perfectly incorporates these symbols, making it both authentic and easily recognizable.
As well as reflecting tradition and innovation, this distinctive design also reinforces Farmacia Tosi's market presence, positioning it as a modern and trustworthy business within the wellbeing industry.
Beyond the logo: the entire construction of the brand identity
Apart from the logo, we also defined all the fundamental components of the brand's identity, including font, color palette and other visual elements. In line with the functionality that has always differentiated our work, we developed a new identity reflecting consistency and professionalism.
We deployed variations on this new identity across all Farmacia Tosi marketing material and media, both physical and digital, delivering a consistent, recognizable experience to customers.
A complete digital ecosystem
Farmacia Tosi's new digital ecosystem entails so much more than the simple creation of a website. Developed on HubSpot, the integrated platform includes a website and blog, designed to faithfully reflect the pharmacy's new brand and mission.
Harnessing HubSpot's functionality, we developed content that reflects the values and aims of Farmacia Tosi, offering clients useful and important information.
This digital ecosystem not only improves online visibility but also creates a direct and effective channel of communication with the customer base, facilitating access to information on the products and services offered, promoting wellbeing and consolidating brand loyalty.
Furthermore, HubSpot’s advanced marketing and automation capabilities enable Farmacia Tosi to manage marketing campaigns efficiently, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
Digital integration on-site at the pharmacy counter
We have installed tablets at Farmacia Tosi counters, with a landing page specially designed on HubSpot.
During checkout, customers—the business's greatest asset—are invited to sign up for the newsletter, with the opportunity to receive seasonal promotions and special surprises during their birthday month.
This onsite-digital initiative not only streamlines contact collection but also fully leverages the value of customers at the counter, creating an opportunity to enhance engagement and promote brand loyalty."
Canva: a template for independently managing social networks
The client was already active on social media. Our team created a series of templates on Canva, able to cover all kinds of communication, in order to align the existing profiles with the new brand identity.
These templates were designed to ensure visual consistency and to respect the brand's new standards, including elements such as Farmacia Tosi's logo, colors and fonts.
The client was then given access to the entire design on Canva, enabling it to independently manage the generation of content.
This approach enabled Farmacia Tosi to create posts and updates aligned with the brand's identity, ensuring effective coverage across all social networks.
It was thus possible to maintain a constant and professional social media presence, strengthening the client's links with its community and promoting its services in a consistent and engaging way.
Window decals: a key component of the new brand identity
Since Farmacia Tosi occupies the whole ground floor of its building, it has hugely benefited from its new brand identity with the installation of the new window decals.
These visual elements are designed to convey the pharmacy's new brand identity, and they not only improve its aesthetics but also make it more easily recognizable.
The window decals have a modern design aligned with the new logo and color palette and attract the attention of passers-by, making the pharmacy instantly recognizable.
They have transformed the windows into a powerful visual communications tool, conveying the brand's values and generating a considerable visual impact that strengthens Farmacia Tosi's regional presence.
Informalab: a project devoted to information events
As part of the new brand identity, we also conceived and developed the logo for Informalab, a space for the pharmacy's information events.
Our aim was to ensure that the Informalab logo and brand could coexist harmoniously with those of Farmacia Tosi.
This new brand was designed to reflect the pharmacy's commitment to education and to promoting wellbeing, while being visually consistent with the main brand identity.
Informalab is an extension of the Farmacia Tosi brand, strengthening its position as a benchmark for health, but also for education and community.
The creation of templates on Canva was also extended to the Informalab content.
This ensures that all communications on information events are perfectly in line with the new brand identity.
The client can thus independently manage the Informalab content, maintaining visual and stylistic consistency and so reinforcing the link between this dedicated space and Farmacia Tosi, ensuring a professional and consistent image across all channels.
