CHALLENGE
Adapt the digital presence to reach a broader, more international audience by simplifying navigation and improving content accessibility.

A website that reflects the quality of the experience it offers, guides users clearly, and reinforces a strong, consistent brand image.
KEY PRODUCT
HubSpot CMS
Campofelice Camping Village is one of Europe's most recognized open-air destinations — and the go-to for family vacations in the heart of Ticino. Rethinking its digital presence meant starting from data: user behavior, traffic patterns, friction points. The result is a new HubSpot website. Cleaner, modular, and aligned with where the brand is today.
Challenge
The previous website — also built by our team — was designed for an earlier stage of the brand, when the audience was predominantly families and the offering was more focused. As content grew and the product mix became more diverse, that structure stopped working. Campofelice needed a platform that could keep up: broader reach, international audience, a visual experience consistent with the quality of what they actually offer.
A four-phase project, from discovery to optimization
Data Analysis and Information Architecture
We started by analyzing traffic data and user behavior to understand how visitors navigated the site and where the main friction points occurred. These insights allowed us to rethink the information architecture, making it clearer and more intuitive.
Objectives, Priorities, and Content Structure
We defined the project priorities, simplified navigation paths, and reorganized the content around users’ actual needs and the brand’s objectives, creating a stronger foundation for the website’s continued evolution.
Design System, Visual Identity, and Platform
We updated the visual toolkit, preserving the brand’s recognizability while translating it into a more refined and contemporary visual language. At the same time, we developed the new website on HubSpot CMS with a modular system designed to ensure consistency and operational autonomy.
SEO, Multilingual Content, and Continuous Improvement
The project resulted in a comprehensive URL restructuring, an SEO overhaul across all languages, and a more effective content structure. The foundation was designed not only to perform better from day one, but also to support ongoing learning, measurement, and optimization over time.
Solutions
We ran the project through our four-phase methodology — Discover, Scope, Activate, Optimize — but treated it as a continuous process, not a sequence of independent steps.
We started with data. Traffic analysis and user behavior mapped where the experience was breaking down. From there, we restructured the content architecture, simplified navigation, and cut duplication. We refined the design system, updated the visual toolkit, and built the new site on HubSpot CMS with a modular framework that gives the team real operational autonomy.
SEO, URL structure, and multilingual content weren't a final phase. They ran through the entire project — so the foundation performed from day one.
Before and after
Results
The site now reflects the quality of the Campofelice experience. Navigation is clearer, the brand reads more consistently, and the team manages content without technical dependencies. HubSpot gave them the infrastructure — modular, multilingual, measurable — to keep improving over time.
“With Ander Group, we took a more structured approach to rethinking our digital presence. The new website better reflects the quality of the Campofelice experience and gives us greater autonomy in managing content and updates.”
