CHALLENGE

Essentia had built a strong market position over years of client work. Their digital presence hadn't kept up. They needed a website that carried the same authority the brand had already earned.

RESULTS

A bilingual site, rebuilt on HubSpot CMS — clean content architecture, visual identity consistent with the positioning of a high-profile family office.

In wealth advisory, credibility isn't stated. It's felt. Anyone landing on a site like Essentia's already knows what they're looking for. They're not deciding whether to work with a family office. They're deciding whether this is the right one.

The site needed to communicate with the same restraint and discretion Essentia brings to its client work every day.

Challenge

In the wealth management consulting sector, credibility isn’t something you claim—it’s something you project. Visitors to a website like Essentia’s already have a clear idea of what they’re looking for. They aren’t weighing whether to entrust their assets to a family office; they’re evaluating whether this is the right family office for them.

The website needed to convey the same level of discretion and tact that Essentia brings to its daily work with its clients.

Our Method: A Four-Phase Project

Data Analysis and New Architecture

We analyzed traffic data and browsing behavior to understand where the site was falling short and where the main pain points lay for the two target audiences: families and potential institutional clients.

Objectives, Priorities, and Content Structure

We have redefined our design priorities, simplified the navigation paths, and reorganized the content structure based on the brand’s actual objectives and customer expectations.

Design system, visual identity, and platform

We updated the visual assets while maintaining the brand’s recognizability and developed the new website on HubSpot CMS using a modular system designed to ensure consistency and operational autonomy.

SEO, Multilingual Content, and Continuous Improvement

We conducted a comprehensive review of the URLs and restructured the content for both languages with SEO in mind, creating a measurable foundation that is ready to evolve over time.

Solutions

The project started with a clear editorial decision: remove, don't add. In a industry where credibility is built on restraint, every element on the site needed to earn its place. We reworked the content architecture, simplified navigation, and redefined the visual hierarchy so the brand could speak without noise.

On the visual side, we refreshed the assets while preserving Essentia's recognizability — moving it into a cleaner, more contemporary register. The collection of sculptures by Ivo Soldini, displayed in Essentia's offices, became a structural element of the visual identity.

The site was built on HubSpot CMS with a modular architecture designed for consistency across every page and for the team to manage content independently. Copy was produced in both Italian and English, rewritten with SEO in mind so it performs in either language.

Results

Essentia Family Office now has a digital presence that matches where the brand actually stands. A site that doesn't need to convince anyone who lands on it. Just confirm they came to the right place.
