CHALLENGE
As Fill-up grew, so did the need to evolve its digital ecosystem. The website had to become more agile, practical, and straightforward for both young people and companies — stripping away complexity and laying the groundwork for a new portal designed to streamline day-to-day operations.
RESULTS
The project gave Fill-up a digital presence that's cleaner, lighter, and built for actual use. The new information architecture makes it easier to reach what matters, and sets a stronger foundation for the portal launch and the next phase of growth.
KEY PRODUCT
HubSpot
Fill-up operates in the vocational training space, connecting young people, families, and training companies — acting as a practical bridge between all the players involved in apprenticeships. Founded and led by Sara Rossini-Monighetti, with over thirty years of hands-on experience in the field, Fill-up has developed a grounded approach that combines educational vision with concrete tools, with the goal of making the training journey clearer, more sustainable, and genuinely useful for everyone involved.
Challenge
As the project grew, Fill-up needed its digital ecosystem to grow with it. The website — originally built to give a broad overview of the service — had to evolve into something more focused: a tool people could actually rely on day to day, whether they were a young job-seeker or a company looking to hire an apprentice.
The challenge was managing that transition — streamlining content and navigation while simultaneously preparing the ground for a new portal, one designed to reduce the operational burden and give all parties more independence.

Solutions
We approached this on two fronts.
On one side, we rebuilt the site's structure — simplifying the architecture, tightening the copy, and reorganizing navigation around what actually matters to the two main audiences: companies and apprentices.
On the other, we gave the brand a fresher, more accessible voice — a new visual identity, a custom illustration library, and a content system designed for ongoing use, including events, videos, and reference materials.
The result is a site that doesn't just tell Fill-up's story better — it actively prepares the ground for the new portal, serving from day one as a cleaner, lighter, and more purposeful entry point.
Results
The project gave Fill-up a digital ecosystem that's clearer, lighter, and built for real-world use — one that does a better job of surfacing the content that matters most to young people and companies, and funnels traffic toward the highest-value areas.
The new architecture reduces friction for users and management alike, and concretely sets the stage for the portal's arrival — communicated through a digital presence that's now more coherent, up to date, and ready to support the next chapter.
"We needed a digital ecosystem that was lighter, more useful, and more consistent with where Fill-up is headed. Today, the site reflects our work more accurately, highlights the content that actually matters to young people and companies, and lays real groundwork for the tools that will make the service even more accessible and independent."
